ORDERS

Do I need to set up an account?

To make a purchase, you must create an account. This way you can track orders, review past purchases and save your address and payments details for faster future shopping.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Please email shop@grayes.com if you would like to modify or cancel your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee.

SHIPPING

Where does GRAYES ship?

Currently, we ship to Canada. US shipping coming soon!

What are my shipping options and what is the cost?  

We offer free ground shipping on all orders.

When can I expect my package?

We process orders within 1 – 3 business days. We ship all orders through standard ground shipping which takes 2 – 10 business days. We provide you with tracking information so you can check on the status. A signature is required to accept delivery.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Our return policy

All items may be returned within 15 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we will not accept returns after 15 days.

The items must be in the condition received with all original packaging and labels  unworn, unwashed and undamaged.

All returns are free of charge. There is no return shipping fee or restocking fee.

How do I make a return?

If you would like to return or exchange any of your items, please click here, enter your order number and email address. On the form indicate which items you would like to return and the reason.

We will then email you a return shipping label to affix to the outside of your package.

Please place the items you wish to return in the original packaging.

Please fill out and include the return slip in your original shipment.

Please drop off package at the appropriate shipping carrier.

We will process your return within 1 – 3 business days upon receipt of items and send you an email to inform you that the return has been processed and a refund issued to the original method of payment. It may take 5 – 10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.

What if there is an issue with my order?

We are happy to help! If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item please email pictures, a brief description and your order number to shop@grayes.com.

How do I make an exchange?

Please follow instructions for returns and then place a new order for the desired item.
